  14. LICENSE AGREEMENT
  15. Terms and Conditions
  16. 1. All copyrights to krpano are exclusively owned by the krpano GmbH.
  17. 2. The krpano software is protected by copyright laws and international
  18. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
  19. treaties.
  20. 3. This license is a legal and binding agreement between you and the krpano
  21. GmbH. Using the krpano software signifies that you have read, understand
  22. and accept the terms and conditions of this license agreement. Any
  23. unauthorized use of krpano shall result in immediate termination of this
  24. license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
  25. 4. You may not modify, clone, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or
  26. create derivative works based upon krpano.
  27. 5. Your krpano license grants you the right to sell and distribute projects
  28. containing your licensed version of krpano.
